<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change posture easily without imposing a burden on a caregiver. <P>SOLUTION: An air mat is provided which allows a patient P to change posture by moving air sealed within an air mat body 1 from one side to the other using the body weight of the patient.
