PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of applying comfortable massage to a treated person by preventing the body of the treated person from entering the gap formed in a lower part of a lower massaging element when the grasping motion is performed. SOLUTION: A pair of upper and lower massaging elements 2 is projectedly provided forward from a mechanical unit 1 movable upward/downward. The massage machine has a grasping driving part so that the grasping motion is possible by bringing the pair of massaging elements 2 close to each other or separating the massaging elements from each other. A presser member 3 for pushing out the treated person A forward while the massaging elements 2 are performing the grasping motion is disposed at a position under the lower massaging element 2a.
