<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable recycling by separating the composition members of a CIS system thin film solar cell module without lowering output characteristics and durability. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film solar cell module 1 has substrate structure to which a cover glass 4 is stuck by using EVA resin 3 or the like as an adhesive agent laid astride in the incident light side of a CIS system thin film solar cell device 2. The separation of each composition member is enabled by putting plastic resin 6 (for example, polyester) of nonadhesive property in between the solar cell device 2 and the EVA resin 3.
