<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that an application with information printed regarding a license C can be easily created by simple operating procedures sought by the application itself, under a low-cost system arranged of a combination of ordinary devices. <P>SOLUTION: In this document creating system, information stored in an inner memory Ca of an IC card as a license C is read by a reader 12, then print data required for the application for the license C are created by a computer 11, based on information which is read by the reader 12, and the print data created by the computer 11, are printed on a specified sheet to be used as the application with information concerning the license C, using a printing device 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
