<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television accounting device for reducing the difficulty of the provider of a hospitalization facility in the collection of an investigation sum while reducing the labor of a patient who is hospitalized for a long term. <P>SOLUTION: The control part of this television accounting device comprises three processing steps(steps S9, S10, S11) for making the available time per frequency different from each other and a processing step (a step S8) for selecting one processing step according to an integrated use frequency (corresponding to a variable A), so that the available time per frequency can be made longer according as the integrated use frequency to be stored in an IC card is made higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
