<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide dispersion and an application method thereof, the metal oxide dispersion improving adherence to a substrate, maintaining good conduction between a titanium dioxide layer and a conductive resin, providing high photoelectric conversion efficiency and being suitable for a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The metal oxide dispersion includes metal oxide particles having a necking structure, and a solvent. The droplet contact angle of the dispersion with respect to an ITO film is 0 to 60 degrees. The metal oxide dispersion includes a metal oxide particle group F in which particles as many as "m" are connected to form a necking structure, a metal oxide particle group G in which particles whose number is as small as 0.2m or less are connected, and a solvent, and the dispersion is capable of forming a film at 200°C or less. A method of manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell electrode includes applying the metal oxide dispersion onto a conductive resin substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
