PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device having excellent operability, capable of cleaning surely up to a deep part of a rack, concerning the cleaning device for cleaning the rack in liquid in a spent fuel pool. SOLUTION: This cleaning device 10 cleans the rack 30 in liquid in the spent fuel pool 12 of a nuclear power plant. The cleaning device 10 is equipped with a pump 40 (liquid supply device); a hose 42 connected to the pump 40; a head 44 mounted on the tip of the hose 42, and having a ring part 44B formed by bending a pipe into a ring shape, whose ring part 44B is arranged approximately horizontally when the hose 42 is carried and supported in the suspended state; and nozzles 44C provided on a ring part 44A at fixed intervals for jetting out liquid toward the outside of the ring part 44A.
