PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine capable of preventing fraudulent actions or the like by eliminating a gap on the front surface of a front surface frame and preventing the design appearance from being spoiled by eliminating a gap between decorative covers as well. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine is composed by freely openably and closably mounting an inner frame formed in the state of being provided with a height width roughly equal to a distance from the upper end of an outer frame to the upper end of a wainscot panel part positioned at the lower part and including a game board holding part on the outer frame for which the wainscot panel part is disposed at the front surface lower part. In the pachinko game machine, on the front surface of the inner frame, the front surface frame covering the entire inner frame altogether is provided freely openably and closably to the inner frame. A decorative cover unit made of synthetic resin, for which at least a game board visible window, a game ball storage part and a game ball hitting operation handle are integrally formed or assembled, is put on the front surface of the front surface frame.
