<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability of a cell component for a fuel battery to suppress component cost. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell component has a pair of gas diffusion layers overlapped without bonding on both sides of a reaction electrode part provided with electrodes with a catalyst in both sides of an electrolyte membrane. A separator is arranged on outer side of a gas diffusion layer and gaskets are provided on both sides of the gas diffusion layer. The gasket provided on the separator side of one gas diffusion layer closely contacts the separator, the gasket provided on the electrolyte membrane side closely contacts the electrolyte membrane, the gasket provided on the electrolyte membrane side of the other gas diffusion layer closely contacts the electrolyte membrane, and the gasket provided on the separator side closely contacts the separator. The gasket provided on the separator side of one gas diffusion layer and the gasket provided on the electrolyte membrane side are integrally molded through a porous structure or a through hole of the gas diffusion layer. The gasket provided on the electrolyte membrane side of the other gas diffusion layer and the gasket provided on the separator side are integrally molded through the porous structure or the through hole of the gas diffusion layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
