<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for sheet transfer which can suppress the transmission of vibration to a plate-like work placed on it during transportation and can prevent an increase in thickness of itself by an anti-vibration member installed on it, and which can be transferred and placed by being stacked compact when it is vacant not mounted with the plate-like work. <P>SOLUTION: In the tray 1 for sheet transfer, the anti-vibration member 5 is installed between a ground portion placed on a transfer device 9 and a placement portion 4 whereon the plate-like work W is placed. Below the placement portion 4 projecting above a bottom plate portion 2, a storage space 8 for storing the anti-vibration member 5 may be formed to allow part of the anti-vibration member 5 to be stored in the storage space 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
