<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-time programmable semiconductor memory device which allows programming to be performed for a number of times, in spite of using a one-time programmable cell. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises an unit array including a plurality of programmable units provided with a plurality of one-time programmable cells, a unit decoder circuit which generates an unit selection signal for selecting a programmable unit included in the unit array in response to an address signal. Further, the device comprises a cell distribution circuit for outputting one of odd number cell programming signals and even number cell programming signals to the unit array for programming one of odd number one-time programmable cells and even number one-time programmable cells included in the selected programmable unit by logically combine data currently recorded on the selected programmable unit, and input data which are recorded on the selected programmable unit and inputted from the exterior. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
