PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose ester-based resin composition capable of suppressing or preventing plasticizer bleedout at high levels and good in balance among various physical properties(mechanical properties including mechanical strength and impact resistance and chemical properties including flame retardancy and heat resistance). SOLUTION: The cellulose ester-based resin composition comprises a cellulose ester, a plasticizer and a condensed phosphoric ester(A), wherein the plasticizer may consist of a phosphoric ester(especially an aromatic one), the condensed phosphoric ester(A) may be e.g. resorcinol bis(dialkylphenyl phosphate), and its proportion may be e.g. about 5-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the plasticizer.
