摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily, reliably, and efficiently measuring the amount of 3-hydroxyproline contained in human urine, and provide a measuring kit capable of being suitably used for the method. SOLUTION: The immunological measuring method of 3-hydroxyproline in human urine uses a peptide antibody which recognizes a peptide represented by Seq No 1 as an antigen and binds to it. It is preferable that the peptide antibody reacts with the peptide represented by Seq No 1 and does not react with a peptide represented by Seq No 2. It is possible to specifically recognize 3-hydroxyproline contained in human urine even under the presence of 4-hydroxyproline and other components by using a specific peptide antibody and easily, reliably, and efficiently measure the amount of 3-hydroxyproline.
