<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize exhaust heat from a fuel cell stack and enhance the durability of a reformer. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 10 comprises the fuel cell stack 12, a heat exchanger 14, the reformer 16, and a housing 18 housing the heat exchanger 14 and the reformer 16.
