PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molding which can control a deterioration in production efficiency even when some of apparatuses are low in performance or got into trouble. SOLUTION: The method comprises a process in which a kneaded material 5 obtained by heating/kneading a thermoplastic resin 1 and a waste inorganic building material 2 is extruded into a sheet material 3, and the sheet material 3 is stored and a process in which the stored sheet material 3, after being heated by far infrared rays, is press-molded.
