PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand mirror with lighting, which solves the problem of conventional hand mirrors with lighting, which cannot be adjusted to irradiate a specific position nor adjusted in illumination intensity, since one which has a lighting implement formed around a mirror plane on the reverse side of a lid of portable cosmetics and lights the face when it is opened just lights all over the face, or another which has a plurality of LEDs arranged in rear hidden positions of the mirror plane and has the light reflect by a parabola-like reflecting plate and irradiate the face lights the face equally with diffusive indirect light. SOLUTION: The hand mirror can fold inward from the same plane with the hand mirror body and is arranged with holders equipped with the plurality of white LEDs which can irradiate the specific part of the photographic subject with locked folding angle and with adjusted illumination intensity, furthermore, when the right/left holders are bent inside, the ends are closed in the center of the mirror plane and become a cover of the mirror plane or can be stored in the front face.
