<p>The device has a pocket (16) filling a free space defined in the median section of a monoblock end piece (14) with arched lateral legs (30, 32). The pocket is closed and made air tight at an opening which receives a tubular connection (44). A pressurized gas source supplies the pocket with a pressurized gas through a flexible tube to adjust the internal pressure of the pocket.
