A MIXED-MODE SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY

The analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and digital-to-analog converter (DAC) convert the input analog signal into digital information and the designated memory addresses of a memory bank into the analog signal, respectively. A controller controls the converters, to store the digital information and analog information at same address in memory bank and outputs the stored information in analog or digital form.
