The particle (3) has an extrusion cord section with a central part forming a node, where the particle is made of an expanded plastic material. Four branches extend in K shape from the node, where two of the branches are aligned and the other two branches are slanting with respect to the aligned branches. The branches enlarge to form extruded upper and lower branches (32-35). A reduced space is formed between the extruded branch sections.
