The device has a locking unit (7) movable in translation on a hollow shaft (10) fixed on a shaft of a ski-stick (2). The unit is inserted within an annular groove (80) integrated with a core (30) of a thrust washer to jointly fix and lock the washer such that the unit moves between active locking position where the unit cooperates with the groove and inactive unlocking position, where the washer is demounted. An independent claim is also included for a ski-stick having a washer mounting device and a thrust washer.
