Tinctorial composition (A), for dyeing of keratinous fibers in human, comprises a mixed dye (I) comprising two different chromophores of carbonyl family bonded by intermediate of a bond stopping the delocalization of electrons of each chromophores, where (A) does not comprises mixed dye of formula (Ia) in a medium. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a process of coloring keratinous fibers in human, comprising applying (A) on optionally dried fibers, optionally in the presence of an oxidizing agent, allowing the composition to be present on the keratinous fibers to obtain the desired coloration, optionally rinsing the fibers, washing the fibers, and rinsing and drying or allowing the fibers to dry; (2) a device with several compartments, comprising (A) containing (I), optionally an additional direct dye different from (I), optionally an oxidation base, optionally a coupler, and another compartment comprising an oxidizing agent, (I), optionally an additional direct dye, the oxidation bases, where the coupler(s) are present in the same compartment or in several compartments; and (3) (I) not comprising (Ia).
