A device for vertically storing a wheelbarrow in order to minimise storage space usage is disclosed. The device includes a mounting bracket 2 that is mounted on a support structure. A retaining member 3 is either in the form of a hook or a pivotable U-shaped member and is used to secure the lip of a wheelbarrow pan. The retaining member 3 is repositionable in a number of spaced apart apertures 13. Further embodiments include a locating member 9 for supporting the front lip of the wheelbarrow pan.
