The invention refers to the wine industry, in particular to a process for wine distillate accelerated maturation.The process, according to the invention, includes enrichment of the new wine distillate with oak wood components by thermal treatment on oak slat in the quantity of 0,65...0,70 kg/dal up to the tannins mass concentration of 0,1 g/dm3 and optical density of 0,05 and subsequent maturation thereof on used oak staves during at least one year with oxygen administration in a dose of 25...35 mg/dm3 once a month. At the same time, enrichment with components of oak wood is carried out at the temperature of 45...50?C during 10...30 days on oak slat with the length of 1000...1200 mm, the breadth of 50 mm and the thickness of 20 mm preliminarily treated thermally at the temperature of 130...150?C during 1...2 days.
