A structure of a multistorey apartment building, comprising one central and two extreme butt-adjacent to it at least on a part of a blank wall surface multistorey blocks, longitudinal and/or transverse axes of which, not necessarily, coincide, in which each of the extreme blocks is executed with a possibility of placement in it on each floor of apartments, kand k, correspondingly, and is supplied with at least one people transportation facility connected with each floor, a central block is executed with a possibility of placement of N parking places, where N=α(k+k) provided α1, the central block being executed open, at least, on a part of the sides, non-adjacent to the side blocks and is supplied with connected with each floor at least one selected floor vehicle entry facility, at least one selected floor vehicle exit facility, and at least one people transportation facility, each of the side blocks on each of the floors being supplied with at least one coupler with the central block, executed as a door system, the blocks having equal number of storeys, is claimed.In a preferable variant of implementation, at least one side block has a L-shaped form, the central block being executed adjacent with the side block of L-shaped form on the L-shaped form surface. |
