<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly inform a user of information about allergenic ingredients contained in individual products. <P>SOLUTION: When an allergenic information management part 130 receives an article SN from a consumer terminal 20 via a radio communication part 110, a product lot management server 100 retrieves allergenic ingredient information corresponding to the article SN from an actual contamination table 140a and transmits the retrieved allergenic ingredient information to the consumer terminal via the radio communication part 110.
