PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for washing a waste incineration facility by which waste washing water containing harmful substances of dioxins can be recovered with safety and certainty and at a low cost. SOLUTION: When devices 2, 3 and a building of the waste incineration facility 1 are washed, a periphery of a floor face of the waste incineration facility 1 is surrounded with a watertight bank 6 made by building up concrete blocks, whole floor face including the watertight bank 6 is subjected to waterproofing treatment with a waterproof film 8 and further whole waste incineration facility 1 is surrounded and hermetically sealed with a flameproof sheet 10 and a protective sheet 12.
