PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a technique by which the accuracy evaluation of a map can be performed without depending on the actual measurement of a position using a surveying apparatus for exclusive use. SOLUTION: Dead-reckoning navigation trajectories data which are travel trajectory data based on the dead-reckoning navigation of a vehicle are acquired, a map data is read out, and the acquired dead-reckoning navigation trajectory data and the road in the read map data are made correspondent to each other.
