摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient manufacturing method of a long fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin structure due to a different kind of fibers which appropriately enables the alteration of a mixing ratio and a fiber density and enables the omission of blending work using a blender or the like. SOLUTION: The fiber rovings of fiber bundles are opened by applying tension to the fiber rovings in a molten thermoplastic resin while drawing the fiber rovings and, after the opened fiber rovings are impregnated with the thermoplastic resin, they are cooled while regulating the fiber density thereof by a shaping die and formed into pellets of 3-50 mm by cutting to manufacture the long fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin structure. A plurality of the fiber bundles are impregnated at the same time and the respective fiber rovings are taken up from individual outlets.
