<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector wherein no peeling of a FFC is caused simply by pasting the FFC to an insulator. <P>SOLUTION: This connector is equipped with a base insulator 10 to hold the FFC 50 and a cover insulator 20, and a shell part to cover each insulator. The FFC 50 is equipped with a plurality of conductors 52 on one surface of the base material 51 and a shield layer 55 on the other surface. The shell part has a contact part 32 connected to the shell of a counterpart connector, and first and second bodies 60, 70 facing each other so as to cover respective insulators and each having spring pieces 31, 41. The base insulator 10 has a through hole 3 corresponding to the spring piece 31 of the first body 60, and hold the FFC 50 together with the cover insulator 20, and the FFC 50 is connected to a connector shield layer 56 by the spring piece 31 of the first main body 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
