PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous system between on-vehicle systems capable of preventing improper reception of signals and flickering of screens caused by the deviation of the start time. SOLUTION: A start completion signal transmission means to transmit the signal to inform start completion of a navigation system 1 to a DVD system 2 side in which a screen of a display device 4 is not controlled after a start power supply is turned on is provided on the navigation system 1 side to control the screen of the display device 4, and an operation prohibition means to prohibit the operation of the DVD system 2 before receiving the start completion signal from the start completion signal transmission means is provided on the DVD system 2 in which the screen of the display device 4 is not controlled.
