Disclosed is an HNBR-based toothed rubber belt (10) with a glass cord reinforcement (5). Said toothed belt (10) comprises a modified tooth support (6) made of polyamide 6.6 fabric in which the weft threads (64) are entirely or partly replaced in the peripheral/longitudinal direction of the belt by yarns made of polyether ether ketone (PEEK), polyimide (PI), and/or meta-aramid or modified with the aid of PEEK, PI, and/or meta-aramid.
