PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a pipette apparatus for sucking and distribution liquid. SOLUTION: In the pipette apparatus 1, having a fluid space 7, to which a pressure converter 11 having a pressure sensor 12 is mounted to a gas-filled space 15, the fluid space 7 is demarcated by a pipette chip 2, a first tube 5 for connecting the pipette chip 2 to a pump 4, and an operating section 6 in the pump 4. The pipette apparatus 1 further has impulse-generating means 16, 18, 19 operating in contact with a column 10, in a system liquid 8 in the fluid space 7. The impulse-generating means 16, 18, 19 are designed to guide vertical variations to the system liquid column 10, so as to generate variations in the pressure, in the gas-filled space pneumatically connected to the fluid space 7.
