摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-voltage differential signal drive circuit, outputting a differential amplification signal having a constant DC offset, and of high-speed operation at a low voltage, and also to provide a control method. SOLUTION: The low-voltage differential signal drive circuit comprises: a differential amplification signal generation unit provided between a power supply voltage terminal and a ground terminal for outputting a differential amplification signal; a common mode voltage generating unit for generating common voltage by means of the differential amplification signal; and a variable load element which is connected between the power supply voltage terminal and an output terminal of the differential signal generation unit, and in which the resistance changes by the common mode voltage. According to the present invention high-speed operation is done at a low voltage, a stable signal-to-noise characteristic and the amplitude of differential output signal are provided in response to change in the source of electric power supply, the operating temperature, and manufacturing process, and the circuit and method are easily applicable to a low-voltage operating environment.
