PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by automatically sticking an elastic seal on a lens holder used for edge rubbing work of a lens. SOLUTION: A seal supply device 23 which supplies the elastic seal 3 to be stuck on the lens holder 2 comprises a rotating arm 60, an arm driving device 62 which makes the rotating arm 60 turn in a horizontal plane, a holder fixing device comprising a rotatable holder fixing member 84, a spring 315 energizes the holder fixing member 84 away from the lens holder 2, and a driving device 63 pressing the lens holder 2 against the lens 1, a clamp device 61 which is fitted to the rotating arm 60 to freely move up and down and holds the lens holder 2, and a clamp driving device 63 which vertically moves the clamp device 61.
