摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemically most efficient method for achieving peptide production in a large scale in good cost performance. SOLUTION: The peptide-synthesizing method uses a microchip pileup type chemical reactor comprising a specified number of integrally laminated microchips each having at least one or more reaction raw material liquid-introducing sections, at least one or more reaction reagent liquid-introducing sections, a reaction product-discharging section, and microchannels as regions communicating therewith, and usable as reaction zones, and comprises introducing amino acids or peptide fragments from the reaction raw material liquid-introducing sections, introducing a reaction reagent from the reaction reagent liquid-introducing sections into each microchips to perform the reaction in each microchannel of a reaction region, and collecting the peptide as a reaction product from the reaction product liquid-discharging section. The flow rates, the concentrations, and the length of reaction time of each of the amino acids and each of the reaction reagents are controlled so as to be suitable for the conditions of microchips respectively.
