PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus with an enhanced inspection efficiency by a user without collapsing the uniform management of inspection data. SOLUTION: The inspection data such as an image mode, a set parameter, an inspection image, a report data relating to a patient A are temporarily evacuated in an inspection data temporary storing section 9 along with an ultrasonic image acquired by transmitting/receiving an ultrasonic wave to/from the patient A, inspection is carried out to another patient B during the evacuation, and the evacuated inspection data are automatically reset in an inspection data reset section 10 to restart the inspection to the initial patient A after completion of the inspection to the patient B.
