<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a solid medicine used by being dissolved before use in a liquid which can avoid the erroneous operation, wrong use or neglected melting by the automatic completion of the solution without forcing the user to conduct the special operation for the actual application. <P>SOLUTION: A holder part 31 which has a tablet S housed into a nozzle body 32 composed of a mounting part 321 mountable on a port part 21 and a nozzle part 322 having an administration hole 324 is connected to the body 2 of a container which houses a liquid L previously therein and gets the port part 21 sealed up with a cap 22. The container body and the ophthalmic administration nozzle 3 seal packed against the moisture with an aluminum pillow pack 4 are put together to make one package 5. In the application, the ophthalmic administration nozzle 3 taken out of the aluminum pillow pack by tearing it is only mounted on the port part 21 of the container body 2 with the cap 22 taken off.
