PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus misplaying prevention method and its system preventing a work instrument from being mislaid by using a machine/device. SOLUTION: Transmitters 11-14, each of which can transmit characteristic transmission information distinguishable from that by another transmitter as electric waves 1 and the like, transmit characteristic instrument installation information as transmission information via electric waves 1 and the like when a mode selector switch is operated to an instrument installation side, and transmit characteristic instrument removal information as transmission information via the electric waves 1 and the like when the mode selector switch is operated to an instrument removal side. This system is provided with the transmitters 11-14 and a warning machine 21 having a first receipt part receiving the electric waves W1 and the like transmitted from the transmitters 11 and the like and extracting the instrument installation/removal information from the electric waves, an alarm sound generation part outputting an alarm sound for attracting attention from a rail work manager 300, and a first control part controlling the alarm sound generation part according to a result of comparison with previously stored instrument installation/removal information.
