PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resin tube from being damaged even when clamping the resin tube at an arbitrary position when assembling and fixing the resin tube formed like a straight tube on a vehicle body by a fixing clamp after deforming the resin tube into a bending shape flexibly when assembling it on the vehicle body. SOLUTION: This resin tube 14 for transporting fuel formed like the straight tube and assembled and fixed on the vehicle body by the fixing clamp 48 after deforming it into the bending shape flexibly when assembling it on the vehicle body is composed of a resin tube main body 14A forming a small diameter tube having outside diameter of 6 mm or less and an elastic clamped layer 14B formed by covering its outer peripheral face over substantially the whole length and having predetermined wall thickness.
