PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual paper feeding device considering environment and low-cost problems, easy to determine that paper sheets are properly set, and capable of always positioning tips of the paper sheets at the same position in the set condition. SOLUTION: In this manual paper feeding device, a manual paper feeding tray 71 of an image forming device main body is provided with a regulating member (a side fence support 77) for regulating the paper sheet feeding direction at a right angle, and a paper sheet pick-up unit is provided with a paper sheet pick-up roller 72 and a pair of a paper sheet separating feed roller 37 and a reverse roller 74. A downstream side end part position of the regulating member in the feeding direction is positioned between the pick-up roller and the feed roller, and a mark (an arrow 81a), which shows reference of the paper sheet tip position when setting the paper sheets, is provided near a tip of the regulating member in the paper sheet feeding direction.
