An injection needle device, wherein a needle body (12) is projected and recessed from the tip of an outer tube (4) by moving the outer tube (4) and an inner tube (5) relative to each other, and an operation to rotate the needle body (12) within a prescribed angle is performed by the relative advancing and retreating movements of the outer tube (4) to the inner tube (5) in the longitudinal direction for each advancing and retreating movements so that the orientation of the needle tip (14) of the needle body (12) can be changed.
