POWER-OFF CONTROL PART, MEMORY STORAGE DEVICE INCLUDING IT AND ITS OPERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-off control part; to provide a memory storage device including it; and to provide its operation method.

SOLUTION: This memory storage device is characterized by including: a nonvolatile memory for storing data; a power management part for sensing a voltage level of an external supply power source to predict power-off in advance; a power polling time control circuit for controlling a time at which the external supply power source is dropped; and a control logic for controlling the reading and writing operations of the nonvolatile memory in response to the power-off prediction result of the power management part.
