PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amino resin aqueous dispersion composition excellent in storage stability, mechanical stability and the like, a thermosetting aqueous coating material composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in coating film performance and the like, and a coating film-forming method. SOLUTION: The amino resin aqueous dispersion composition comprises a polyester resin having a specific monomer composition synthesized by using a monoepoxide compound as one constituting component. The thermosetting aqueous coating composition uses the amino resin aqueous dispersion composition. The multi-layer coating film-forming method uses the aqueous coating material composition.
