PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contact of a refuse part 16 with a female mold 13 when the refuse part 16 is fed. SOLUTION: A suction disc 24, which is a raw material holding member 19 for holding a blank raw material 7, is provided on the side opposed to the female mold 13 of a push member 15 and the refuse part 16 is held to a male mold 12 when the male mold 12 after the completion of punching is separated from the female mold 13 while the contact of the refuse part 16 with the female mold 13 is prevented when the refuse part 16 is fed to certainly prevent the abrasion of the female mold 13 or the scattering of the refuse part 16.
