PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger switching device of a work conveying apparatus, surely switching a finger while the configuration of equipment is comparatively simple and has a small space utilized. SOLUTION: A conveying truck 1 is loaded with a plurality of switching type finger units 3, 3 having four fingers 6a to 6d together with piston-cylinder type hydraulic power transmitters 12. The power transmitters 12 are independent by each classification of fingers 6a to 6d, and the fingers 6a to 6d are connected to the corresponding power transmitters 12 through the operating cable 9 and collected. The operating lever 14 of the power transmitter 12 is push-pull operated by a switching operation robot 4, thereby selectively switching the fingers 6a to 6d of the switching type finger units 3, 3 all at once.
