PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster having shock-absorbing function which can be easily manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: In the caster Ca, a pair of wheel plates 1a having a hub 11a, a semi-rim 12a and a disk 13a therebetween are butted to each other so as to form a rim 12 by the semi-rim 12a and connected to each other by a caster shaft 4. An impact absorbing elastic member 2a is built in a space surrounded by the pair of wheel plates 1a, an outer wheel 3 is provided on the rim 12, and a plurality of holes 131a are formed in the disk 13a in each wheel plate part 1a to provide a spoke 132a between adjacent holes. The spoke 132a is bent and extends toward the semi-rim 12a, the semi-rim 12a and the spoke 132a are elastically deformable in an elastically restoring manner, and the spoke 132a is deformed according to the deformation of the semi-rim 12a to indicate the shock-absorbing capacity together with the elastic member 2 to be deformed according to the deformation of the semi-rim 12a.
