PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device capable of substantializing at least one of suppression of increased size of an oil pump and suppression of seizure of a piston pin and a pin hole. SOLUTION: The oil supply device 8-1 is for supplying oil between the piston pin 34 of a piston 3 and the pin hole 45 for rotatably supporting the piston pin 34 of a connecting rod 4. The device 8-1 is equipped with: an oil supply passage 41-1 for communicating an oil supply port 44b formed on a column part wall face 44a which is a wall face of the connecting rod 4, and the pin hole 45; and an oil jet device 9 for supplying oil to the oil supply port 44b from the outside of the connecting rod 4. Upon the piston 3 moving from the bottom dead center to the top dead center, the oil jet device 9 supplies oil from the oil supply port 44b to the oil supply passage 41-1.
