PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipstick case with a lipstick and a means to take in or put out the lipstick, to the attached part of which a lipstick capable of maintenance can be attached removably. SOLUTION: The lipstick case comprises a case 2 with a means to take in or put out the lipstick 1, an inner case 7 which moves to take in or put out the lipstick inside of the case, and a cap body 3 to be attached to it or removed from it. The lipstick case 4 which can attach and remove a separate lipstick 1 capable of maintenance is comprised by providing a lipstick 1 which is engaged with the attached part 5 provided in the inner case 7 to move inside of the case.
