The invention relates to a method and device for the damp-proofing and concreting of circular pits. The inventive method comprises the following steps consisting in: placing a damp-proofing sheet on the base or inverted dome of the pit, said sheet comprising a toroidally-wound cylindrical body having a diameter corresponding to that of the pit and a length suited to the depth of the pit; fixing the lower end of the cylindrical body to the lower part of the pit; unwinding the damp-proofing sheet using an upward movement; and concreting the final side walls of the pit above the damp-proofing sheet. The invention also relates to the device used to perform said method.
