<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable it to connect simply a cable terminal to a terminal without adding a reinforcing plate and, moreover, in a good state without causing buckling. <P>SOLUTION: In a connector for a flat cable, the terminal 11 having a base 13 and lower and upper connecting arms 14 and 15 which face to each other is constituted by bending the tip side of a band plate material to serpentine. A contact part 16 is provided on the lower connecting arm 14, and an opening-operation part 17 is formed in the upper connecting arm 15. This opening-operation part 17 is pushed with a plug auxiliary implement 18, and a cable terminal part 7 is inserted between both the connecting arms 14 and 15 where a spacing between the arms in the contact part 16 is extended. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
